“We are both absolutely thrilled with the Sympto-Thermal Method!  We finally found peace in planning our family, and I was shocked to find out how much I enjoy not being on the Pill any more.  I’m just disappointed that it took so long for us to find that there is an alternative to birth control methods.”  S.P.

“I want to thank you for what you have brought to my life.  I was on the Pill, and while I was happy with its effectiveness, something was missing.  I now feel so much healthier—physically and spiritually.”   K.

Natural Family Planning

Natural Family Planning (NFP) is the practice of achieving or avoiding pregnancy according to an informed awareness of a woman's fertility. NFP provides a medically safe, healthy, highly effective and very low cost method of planning your family.

The Couple to Couple League (CCL) teaches the Sympto-Thermal method of fertility awareness. It is a system of crosschecking the signs of the cervical mucus and changes in a woman's waking temperature for the highest confidence and reliability in family planning.

CCL also supports the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding which can provide natural infertility for an extended amount of time after childbirth.

Want to Learn More?

The best way to learn Natural Family Planning (NFP) is by attending a series of three classes taught by certified instructors of the Couple to Couple League (CCL).  These instructors have completed a rigorous training course and have practiced the method successfully.  Besides teaching the series, these volunteer couples are always available should you ever need help with chart interpretation and/or consultation, even after the course is completed.  The fee for the course is $135 + $7 S&H.
